Lifetime Labor Warranty
Warranty covers workmanship ONLY for all products installed in owner-occupied sing-family residences.
Warranty covers items such as leaks, functionality, rubbing, sagging, and other installation-related issues. If manufacturer parts fail and need to be replaced, Ace will provide labor to replace parts for a period of 3 years at no expense to homeowner. After that, homeowner may be responsible for labor costs incurred. Color variance may occur between replacement parts and weathered original material.
Warranty is non-transferable.
Lifetime Labor Warranty Exclusions
1. Multi-family residences and sing-family residences within 1 mile from the coast. For these resideces, Labor Warranty to be one year for both workmanship and manufacturer part replacements.
2. Damage from Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.), Acts of War, riots, vandalism, fire, and stress resulting from localized heat or modiications is not covered by this warranty.
3. Uncontrollable environmental conditions such as, but not limited ot, corrosion from sal exposure.
4. Negligence. Damage caused from intentional or unintentional acts.
5. Paint/Stain Finishes – Pre-finished products extend the life of the manufacturer’s warranty. Ace is not responsible for any failure or finishes added by the customer.
6. Caulking – To seal window frame or trim package againstwater and/or air filtration, caulking may be necessary on some installations. Caulking maintenance is the responsiblity of the homeowner. It is not considered part of the product and is not covered under the warranty.
7. Condensation – Condensation may occur on windows/doors as the natural result of humidity within a home or changes in interior/exterior temperature. It does not indicate a product defect. The warranty covers neither condensation, nor frost, nor freezing from condensation on windows/doors.
A poorly installed window could cause problems such as drafts, noise, heat, and moisture issues. If you want to make sure your windows look great while adding value to your home, it’s best to hire a professional installer.
