Hi.

Victor and Bill just completed the installation of new doors on both the front and the back of my house.  I am absolutely thrilled with their work and with the finished installation and wanted to provide you with some feedback.  I have a 57 year old house, so the installation required considerable renovation to the door openings.  The back door job required removing an entire wall of sliding glass doors and putting in a new wall and framing in the new door.  The work was professional and Victor and Bill are very skilled and efficient at what they do.

I don't know how to often customers get back with you on jobs completed, but I did want to express my extreme satisfaction with a job excellently done.

Thank you.  I will be recommending you to my friends and neighbors and calling on you again in the future.

In Nov. of last year we had your company install a prehung door in our condo.  We want to thank your staff for the professional job that was done.  From Deanna in the office, to Victor who came and took the measurements for the door.  For the great job that Joe did in installing the door.  As I watched Joe I could see how meticulous he was in his craft.  Thanks for a great job!

I have intended to email you prior to now to thank you for helping me with my door.  I really , really do like it.  You took care of me in a very nice fashion.

Also, the fellow that installed the door was very nice and seemed to really care about the job he did.  He was very neat and took good care of the door installation.

So please forward this to whomever as you both deserve a big thank you for taking care of your customers.  I would be happy to recommend you any chance I have.

To the Staff at Ace Door,

On January 2, 2007 our new Distinction front door was installed by your representatives, Bill.  Not only was he on time, polite, and courteous, but he did an excellent job installing our door.  Even our painter commented on the quality of the workmanship.  Please share our comments with him.  Our whole Experiences with Ace Door and Window regarding ordering, delivery, installation, and professionalism left us very satisfied.
